HOLIDAYS!

This is a picture of the Okanagan Lake....which we will be going to in 6 days!!! I can't tell you how excited I am. We would go there all the time when we were younger and it has been 10 YEARS since I have been back, and now I want to start the tradition with my own family now! Anyway, our holiday's have already started though, and it is so nice. Jonathan has been working so hard at Capital Ex, he produced the "Family Fun Town" and he was working almost 18 hour days. It was tough for all of us. But now we have two weeks off, and we are first down here in Calgary to have some fun with Jonathan's family, then we will head down to Cardston for my family reunion wich I am soooo excited about, and then off to Summerland! Yea! We can't wait. So the next entry should be full of pictures of our trip. I know I haven't updated in a while, I hopefully will get caught up some time, but for now I am on holiday's and hope you all are doing well! :)

Tim and Faith Concert!

What can I say, I am a cowgirl at heart! I LOVE Tim and Faith, they are my absolute favorite artists ever. And we got to go there Soul 2 Soul Tour concert last night! So awesome, can't even explain! We had really good seats even though the pictures don't do justice...but I have to be front row next time, no quetion. I do have to admit, I have already given Tim a high five in another concert that we went to of his down in California...but I wouldn't mind another, and I would love to be up close with Faith....she is INCREDIBLE! Anyway, can't complain. The first picture was exactly what they did for the very last song they sang, called, "I need you". It was sooo incredible! It really was spectacular!

Graduation...looking back

A year ago today I had my University Graduation for my Bachlors in Education. It still seems like a dream that I did that, and is still a shock to me that I actually finished...expecially being pregnant in my last practicum with twins....was not so much fun. But I am soooo grateful that I did. I truly value education and the education that I received. It was a goal I had my whole life to graduate from University and be a teacher. As well, I was doing this for my Mother, who always believed in me and was always encouraging me to go to school and do as much as I could, and sadly couldn't be there to see me graduate...but all was for you MOM! Now I am so blessed to be a teacher for my own children, and maybe someday get back into the classrooms. As for now, it's a full time job! I was so thankful that my Grandma, my Mother's Mom could be there though, as well as my Dad. And how special to have my Husband there and my daughters who were just born a month before. My sister or my Brother couldn't be there either, and I don't think they have seen these yet... It was sure a special moment I will never forget!

Fun Times

Me and some of my cousins....oh do I love these girls! We all grew up together and would dance and just go crazy together. Sometimes it is sad how we grow apart. But it is so nice to have a little reunion like this and be crazy like old times. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family.

So special, my Grandma came over to see all her greatgrandchildren. But my step grandpa was taking the pictures, and he could not do it, and we were laughing so hard...look at my Mom, she looks so cute cause she was almost peeing her pants! Such fun and precious moments. My Grandma is who Elayna's middle name is after, and Brianna's is after Jonathan's Grandma who has past on. Both were twins!

Ah...so cute! It was so nice that Emily and Jacey could be there at the girls Birthday party...they are pretty much family!

We went to the park on the girls actual Birthday cause they love the swings, they were being so cute!

One of the best times I have had in a long time! Our Girlfriend Reunion! It was so great, even Laura and Alysha from Edmonton came. It was so fun to see all the girls and their special little kids. We had a blast, reminesing about all our past boyfriends and crazy times we had together. I actually felt alot like Alma when he saw his best friends, the son's of Mosiah after along while, "therefore [I] did rejoice exceedingly to see [my friends]; and what added more to [my] joy, they were still [my friends] in the Lord..." (Alma 17:2) It is truely a blessing to me to have such good friends, who set such a good example and who are faithful and true to what they believe in. Thanks girls.....let's not wait too long for the next one!
