Fun Times

Me and some of my cousins....oh do I love these girls! We all grew up together and would dance and just go crazy together. Sometimes it is sad how we grow apart. But it is so nice to have a little reunion like this and be crazy like old times. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family.

Jessica and her kid's were up for a week. It was so much fun....and a little crazy. Here is Riley and Emily helping me out. So cute.

These two....I tell ya, are going to knock em dead when they are older!

So special, my Grandma came over to see all her greatgrandchildren. But my step grandpa was taking the pictures, and he could not do it, and we were laughing so hard...look at my Mom, she looks so cute cause she was almost peeing her pants! Such fun and precious moments. My Grandma is who Elayna's middle name is after, and Brianna's is after Jonathan's Grandma who has past on. Both were twins!

Ah...so cute! It was so nice that Emily and Jacey could be there at the girls Birthday party...they are pretty much family!

We went to the park on the girls actual Birthday cause they love the swings, they were being so cute!

One of the best times I have had in a long time! Our Girlfriend Reunion! It was so great, even Laura and Alysha from Edmonton came. It was so fun to see all the girls and their special little kids. We had a blast, reminesing about all our past boyfriends and crazy times we had together. I actually felt alot like Alma when he saw his best friends, the son's of Mosiah after along while, "therefore [I] did rejoice exceedingly to see [my friends]; and what added more to [my] joy, they were still [my friends] in the Lord..." (Alma 17:2) It is truely a blessing to me to have such good friends, who set such a good example and who are faithful and true to what they believe in. Thanks girls.....let's not wait too long for the next one!

The Calgary Zoo Trip

We went to the Calgary Zoo with all the kids, which was not very fun on my part....I was not feeling good, and so my Dad pushed me around in a wheelchair, which was really embarrasing since I saw a whole bunch of friends there, wondering what terrible thing happened to me! Anyway, the kids had fun, the coolest was the African Safari, which had the Hippos and Giraffe's. And of course the Lion's.

Butterfly Birthday Party!

Finally the Birthday Party pictures are up! Oh did we have fun! I still can not believe the girls are one! It was such a special birthday party because all of our family could be there. My Mom and Martin, my Dad, and even my sister and her kids who live in Idaho. Then all of Jonathan's family as well. It was so nice. It was a Butterfly theme, which I just fell in love with. Even the girls skirt had a little butterfly on it, if you can tell. One of the cakes was a white cake, the other is the pink jello...one for each girl! It worked out really well. We had a slide show of the girls first year, and I wrote a poem that will go in their bedroom. The gifts the girls got, couldn't be more perfect! It was so great, and they had so much fun as well. We are so blessed to have such healthy, beautiful children. It was such a joy to celebrate it!

Elayna & Brianna's 1st Birthday!

Our beautiful baby girls had there first Birthday on May 8th. I wanted to show some picture's of when they were first born, because many of you did not see them and how tiny they were...I even forget how small they were. Elayna was 5'2 and Brianna was 3'9. I love the one of Brianna sleeping on her Daddy's lap, it is so cute and shows how small she was...she was probably around 4 pounds by that picture. And the one of Elayna looking up at her Dad, so precious. What a blessing it has been to have these two daughters in our life. I thank my Heavenly Father every day I look into their beautiful eyes and feel their love. It has been a wonderful year, and I am so looking forward to all the rest! Happy Birthday girls!
P.S. I will post their party pictures really soon, and all the other adventures we had in Calgary...it was sure fun!
