I hope when you look at these pictures it puts a smile on your face, like it does to mine! :) They are very happy girls and when they smile it lights their whole face up. If I don't blog before Christmas...Merry Christmas everyone!

In Memory of David Boyer - My Grandpa
"And all they who have mourned shall be comforted...Therefore, let your hearts be comforted...for all flesh is in mine hands; be still and know that I am God." (Doctrine and Covenants 101:14,16)
"Now, concerning the state of the soul between death and the resurrection-Behold, it has been made known unto me by an angel, that the spirits of all men, as soon as they are departed from this mortal body, yea, the spirits of all men, whether they be good or evil, are taken home to that God who gave them life." (Alma 40:11)
My Grandpa passed away today. I will miss him greatly, expessially his smile. He was a wonderful Grandpa, and I am so glad he was able to see my children. I love these pictures, and they will hold such wonderful memories...it is such a blessing to have them. He was old and had lived a wonderful life. I am so greatful for the gospel in my life to understand and know what happens after this life. I know he will be with my Grandma now, and find peace and rest to his soul. I know that God lives and loves us, and will comfort us in our times of sorrow. That is why I love these scriptures...that bring me such peace. I know his heritage will live on with many grand and great grandchildren, who loved him.

Fun day shopping!
We took the girls out shopping last weekend, even in this blisstering cold...but it was fun! They got to wear their new little touques, which I just love. Babies just look so cute no matter what you put them in. Brianna is turning out to be a little Momma's girl, which is interesting cause Elayna is a little more of a Daddy's girl. She will squeal and giggle way more with Jonathan and Brianna starts to cry and look for Momma when she is with Daddy. I wish she didn't, but I think she is just used Mom being around all the time, expesially when Dad has been gone almost all day and nights this whole semester. Ahhh...but that is done today! Yipee!
As you can see here...Daddy's little girl!
She was so cute, Jonathan took her out of her car seat and she just snuggled up to him and looked so warm and safe.
And always, we take a picture of one, we take a picture of the other. But this looked so cute all matching with our stripes.

Grandpa & his Angels
My Dad came up for a visit a couple of weeks ago just to see the girls. He loves them so much. We had a lot of fun talking and just hanging out with the girls. My Dad and Jonathan had some fun going to the CFR, and we had a little adventure trying to go to West Edmonton Mall on a long weekend! What a crazy place...you do not want to go there when it is even remotely close to Christmas. We had a great Sunday dinner with Joanne and her kids. So glad my Dad came, I don't get to see him that often, so it was really nice.
Trip to Idaho
I am going back just a bit because I want to get these pictures up for family to see, for those who have not seen them yet. My Mom, the girls and I took this trip to Idaho in the middle of October. It was so much fun to be down there with all 5 grandkids...my Mom was in her glory. This picture is of her and 4 grandkids, we were just missing Shelby. The one below is of all 5 kids. Jessica kids are Riley who is 4, Emily 2, and Shelby 3 months.

Us girls!
These are now updated pictures, just taken last week. Me and my girls after church! I love having two girls! We have so much fun dressing them up and making them look so pretty. Plus we can have such girly times together as they grow. We just got these new dresses for them, with some of our left over gift certificates from our showers. What a blessing those were. It was stake conference that day, and like many of you, we were able to listen to our dear prophet. It was a wonderful session, and we felt more motivated to live better, which is what it is all about. We are so lucky though, we have such wonderful stake presidency that are so inspired, and gave such terrific talks as well at the adult session the night before. Great day!

Our Beautiful Baby Girls!
I think I have finally figured out how to do this blogging stuff and I am so excited to be able to keep in contact with others. Of course I have to share a picture of our beautiful daughters that are our world. No words can describe the joy and fun they have brought into our life. Everyone says how hard it must be to have twins...we say 2 is the only way to go! We just love it! However we have been so blessed to have such wonderful, happy, good girls. In this picture they are I think about 4 1/2 months. I will have to now start updating as they are 6 1/2 months, but that is my next step. Elayna is the one on the right, Brianna is on the left. We have so much fun making them giggle and smile. They have the most infectious smile, it lights up their whole face...I will find a picture with them smiling. It is so exciting to think of all the adventures we are going to have with them, but I have to admit I just absolutely love this stage and wish sometimes they could just stay little babies forever! But it will sure be fun with two little munchkins running around! :) ....
